Urgent Care Therapy Services are available during normal business hours to assist people who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Our urgent care staff are trained professionals with experience in crisis de-escalation and intervention processes. Contact us now.
Psychological Testing and Evaluations
We provide court ordered evaluations and psychological testing.
We do not provide academic and learning disabilities assessments.
Attention Deficit Disorder Evaluation
Our Eau Claire therapy clinic offers comprehensive youth and adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD or ADD) evaluations. Child ADHD evaluations are for members of contracted insurance groups only. We use a McGormick evaluation model: gathering information from parents, partners, school teachers, and colleagues through structured interviews and written reports. The DSM V criteria for the disorder are measured and the child or adult is tested for academic progress, intelligence, and emotional adjustment. After the information is gathered, the evaluator meets with the child and parents or the adult, reviews the data, and makes recommendations.
Omne Community Programs
Omne Community Programs provides mental health care for a fixed number of clients who are funded by Eau Claire County. Services include AODA assessment, medication management, and psychiatric consultation.
Substance Abuse (AODA) Therapy Services
We provide comprehensive AODA therapy services for both adults and adolescents. Various assessment and treatment programs are provided by experienced, certified counselors.
Athletic Code Violations
AODA assessments for Eau Claire Area School District students who violate the athletic code as it pertains to alcohol (Referrals are made by a school's athletic director.)
Court or Probation and Parole-ordered Assessments
AODA assessments to satisfy an individual's order of the court
Work Ordered Assessments
AODA assessments requested by an employer (This is not a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) assessment which is ordered by the DOT.)
Eau Claire Underage Alcohol Program
AODA screenings or assessments for individuals under 21 who are convicted of alcohol consumption (not driving under the influence).
Intoxicated Driver Program (IDP)
AODA assessments for any resident of Eau Claire County who has been convicted of driving while under the influence.
